Retention policy for the business to apply: enquiries without an order, three years after the last exchange; service and withdrawal files, five years after closure, subject to longer legal requirements; accounting records, ten years. Electronic contracts of at least €120 are retained for ten years under applicable rules and made accessible to customers on request. Unnecessary information is deleted or placed in restricted archives. A dispute may justify adjusted retention. Administration sessions expire after a maximum of eight hours. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection where applicable and portability. Statutory retention obligations may limit these rights. EARL PECH DES CEDRES, a French EARL with €10,000 capital, Saint-Quintin, 82110 Cazes-Mondenard, France; SIREN 384941233, Montauban company register, VAT FR08384941233; contact@legoiconsboutique.com; +33 6 76 67 01 94. Services are open to businesses and adults with legal capacity acting as consumers. Customers explain their situation and purchase for their actual needs. 2. Scope. Each order covers the selected listing’s assignment, discussion and stated deliverable. Its fixed fee covers that assignment; it is neither a subscription nor unlimited support. The Service Terms explain how work is performed. These consulting links do not sell physical farm produce or on-site agricultural work. 3. Prices. Advertised prices, from €19 to €850, are total EUR prices including 20% French VAT. No administration fee is added. The final total is shown before payment. Travel or additional work requires a separately accepted quotation beforehand. For an international situation or special VAT rules, request an appropriate quotation before paying this fixed fee. 4. Ordering. Customers select a listing, read the terms and follow its own Stripe link. They check the service name, total and contact details, correct them if necessary, accept the terms and validate the payment button that creates their obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when Stripe confirms payment. Merely returning to a page does not prove payment. Order confirmation and agreed terms are supplied on a durable medium no later than before work starts. The business provides a compliant invoice. Electronic contracts of at least €120 are archived under applicable rules and can be requested from the contact address. 5. Schedule. The appointment and stages are agreed with the customer. Unless a different date or deadline was expressly agreed before ordering, the service is completed within thirty days of contract conclusion. The business requests the necessary information and proposes a schedule after ordering. Consumers are not required to start work during their withdrawal period. If a date is essential, have it confirmed before ordering. Provider unavailability results in an accepted revised proposal or a refund for unprovided service, without affecting other rights. 6. Withdrawal and complaints. Consumers generally have fourteen days from contract conclusion to withdraw. Payment alone removes no right. The Refunds page explains arrangements and the model notice; https://pechdescedres.com/en/retractation is accessible without an account. Complaints or rescheduling requests: contact@legoiconsboutique.com, quoting the order reference. Statutory rights concerning unprovided or defective services remain applicable. Store credit is not imposed where a refund is due. 7. Businesses. The fixed fee is payable when ordering. For any outstanding overdue business amount, late-payment interest uses the ECB reference rate plus ten percentage points, with the statutory €40 recovery charge, under applicable rules. These provisions do not apply to consumers. 8. Governing law. French law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules; no exclusive jurisdiction is imposed on consumers. The English version assists understanding; mandatory rights prevail over any discrepancy. CONDITIONS-DE-PRESTATIONS HOW ASSIGNMENTS WORK — version 29 October 2026 Advice concerns practical organisation of agricultural activities within each listing’s scope. An assignment includes reviewing the information provided, the discussion needed to understand it and the stated deliverable: a summary, spreadsheet, plan or calendar depending on the offer. The displayed fee includes that deliverable; a listing’s “proposed” format is adapted with the customer without an imposed surcharge. Discussions are remote by default, using a telephone or video appointment agreed with the customer. On-site work or travel requires a separate prior agreement about arrangements and cost. Customers provide relevant documents and can remove unrelated information. The business identifies missing information and its effects on scheduling without unilaterally extending a contractual deadline. The appointment and stages are agreed with the customer; the deadline in the Order Terms applies unless another arrangement was agreed beforehand. For consumers, the standard process starts after the withdrawal period. An earlier start requires a separate express request and the corresponding statutory information; neither a pre-ticked box nor payment alone counts as that request. Advice excludes certification, regulatory expertise, legal or accounting advice, plant-protection prescriptions, recruitment and funding guarantees. It does not replace qualified professionals where their involvement is required. The business undertakes to provide the agreed service diligently; it does not guarantee agricultural yields or financial outcomes. Customers can request correction of a factual error or a departure from the agreed scope. Added scope requires a separate agreement before performance. Non-public information exchanged remains confidential except with permission, where legally required or where necessary to defend a right. Customers can use and adapt deliverables for their farm or project; third-party rights must be respected. For rescheduling or a problem: contact@legoiconsboutique.com. No automatic contractual cancellation penalty is imposed. Withdrawal, refund and non-performance remedies remain available. No liability limit reduces consumers’ mandatory rights. REMBOURSEMENT WITHDRAWAL, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS — version 29 October 2026 Consumers: a remotely purchased service generally carries a fourteen-day withdrawal period from contract conclusion, without giving a reason. Payment and tailoring advice do not, by themselves, waive this right. Standard performance starts after this period. To withdraw, use https://pechdescedres.com/en/retractation (“Withdraw from your contract here”), send a clear notice to contact@legoiconsboutique.com or write to EARL PECH DES CEDRES, Saint-Quintin, 82110 Cazes-Mondenard, France. Your notice must identify you and the contract. The online function requires no account or fee. Review your information and select “Confirm withdrawal”. A dated and time-stamped acknowledgement containing your notice is immediately supplied as a downloadable file for you to keep. You can download it again while the confirmation page remains open; no automatic email is promised. Model notice: To EARL PECH DES CEDRES, Saint-Quintin, 82110 Cazes-Mondenard, France, contact@legoiconsboutique.com. I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following service: [service]. Ordered on: [date]. Reference: [reference, if available]. Consumer’s name: [full name]. Consumer’s address: [address]. Date: [date]. Consumer’s signature, for paper notices only: [signature]. Following a valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded within fourteen days after you notify your decision, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method without fees. Store credit is not imposed. If you expressly request an early start under the statutory conditions and withdraw after work has started, only a proportionate amount for what was provided can be due. Loss of withdrawal rights after full performance requires your prior express consent and acknowledgement under the legal conditions; these agreements are not automatically collected at purchase. Outside statutory withdrawal, contact us to agree rescheduling. If the business cancels without performing the assignment, unprovided service is refunded, without affecting other statutory remedies. Performance problems or errors are reviewed with the customer without excluding legal rights. Businesses: consumers’ statutory withdrawal rights generally do not apply to online business orders. Specific protections provided by law, where applicable, remain reserved. These terms impose no automatic cancellation-penalty schedule.
